We went through the key points for a successful turf reduction strategy that allows for a reduction of the total irrigated area while improving the quality of the golf course and the golfer experience. All these, in a AEGG (Spanish Association of Club Managers) masterclass, where four members of the AEdG (Spanish association of Greenkeepers), contributed with their experience and vision in the matter.
We supervise and certify the irrigation renovation works on holes 4 and 13. This is part of a full irrigation system renovation of 18 holes that is being run in phases.
We are glad to announce that we are already working on the renovation project of the irrigation system at the Real Club de Golf de Tenerife; one of the oldest clubs in the Spanish geography.
