Aloha Club de Golf

Leap to efficient irrigation

Founded in 1975, Aloha Golf Club is one of the oldest and most prestigious clubs on the Costa del Sol.

Designed by renowned Spanish architect Javier Arana, the club features a classic Parkland-style course that spans over 50 hectares in Marbella’s exclusive Nueva Andalucía district.

In its commitment to sustainability and modernization, Aloha Golf Club appointed Surtec Golf Agronomy as the consultants for a cutting-edge irrigation system upgrade. This new system was designed to maximize water efficiency and enable precise control over irrigation across the course.

The comprehensive project involved multiple phases, starting with an in-depth infrastructure audit to assess existing conditions. Surtec Golf Agronomy then developed a custom hydraulic system design tailored for optimal performance, followed by advanced flow modeling and simulation to ensure accuracy and reliability. The final phase included the a detailed design project, culminating in the successful completion of the new system in 2017.
