Granada Club de Golf, within its program to modernize its facilities, has begun the process to renew the irrigation system of its golf course, which it has entrusted to us.
After the first phase of the topographic survey of the course, we have recently concluded the drafting of the project working permanently in a coordinated manner together with its Head Greenkeeper, Manuel Díaz, in the details and specific needs of his course.
Our design of the irrigation system has been developed under the premises of conservation and efficient use of water. The new system is based on the 2-wire technology, Lynx Smart Module, which we wanted to reinforce by incorporating Smart Hub satellites into the design. This will allow for a complete operation of the system in any circumstance. The design contemplates an individual control of all the sprinklers and a hard line with part-circle sprinklers differentiating the irrigable area from areas that will be converted to naturalized zones without irrigation.

The project also includes a new Grundfos pumping station that allows for maximum energy efficiency, and an injection and dosage system that will make it possible to modify the quality of the irrigation water, one of the great challenges of this work.
